Junior Technician Vaccinator Jobs 2021: Primary And Secondary Healthcare Department Government Of Punjab has announced Junior Technician/Vaccinators(BPS-09) jobs in various districts of Punjab under Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) District Health Authorities through National Testing Service(NTS).

Eligibility Criteria For Junior Technician Vaccinator Jobs 2021

·         Gender: Male/Female/Shemale/Transgender are encouraged to apply

·         Domicile: Punjab

·         Age: 18 To 25 Year. General age relaxation in upper age limit for Male candidate = 5 years, for Female candidates = 8 years & Special/disable person = 15 years and age relaxation of candidates working in Public Sector organization will be as per current government policy.

·         Qualification: F.Sc. (Second Division) from a recognized Board having a diploma in Junior Technician Vaccinator of Allied health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty. • If none is available, then Candidates having qualification of  Matric (Second division) with science from a recognized Board along with one or two years diploma in Junior Technician Vaccinator of Allied Health duly recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty is eligible to apply.

·         NTS Marks: Candidates must pass NTS Test with 50% marks(at least) to qualify.

Candidate for application must visit NTS website www.nts.org.pk (link is not updated yet wait for next 24 hours). The candidate shall submit a duly filled application form, copy of CNIC, and 2 passport size pictures to NTS through courier at the address mentioned in the application form.

Procedure For Submission Application Form?

 

 

Step#1

Candidate for application must-visit (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk) or Go to the following link Click

following dialog bow will appear: Click here for ONLINE Registration.

 

 

Step#2 & 3

When you click for ONLINE Registration “Sign Up & Sign In” Form will appear

In Step#2 First fill the sign-up form with your CNIC No(Shanakhti Card No) & Password. Your password must be at least 6 characters.

Then go to Step#3 First select your post “Junior Technician/ Vaccinators” & then write your same CNIC & Password as you mentioned in SIGN Up form then click login

Step#4

In Step#4 following form will appear

Read all instructions very carefully & accept all instructions by ticking on the below box and then clicking on CONTINUE

Step#5

In Step#5 following form will appear & you will have to mention your desired Test City (Where you want to appear for the test) and TICK On your district from the list.

Step#6

In Step#6 on the same page, you will have to write all your personal information i.e

·         Your name

·         Father’s name

·         CNIC No(already mentioned)

·         Gender(male/female)

·         Religion i.e Islam(if you are not Muslim select your religion)

·         Date Of Birth

·         Email Address(if you do have not valid Email Create it)

·         Mention Your Domicile Distirct

·         Postal City & Address

·         Phone No/Mobile No

·         If you are Govt.Employee click YES Otherwise NO

·         If you are disabled(Mazoor) click YES Otherwise No

·         Attach/Upload a recent passport size picture

In Step#7 on the same page, you will have to mention all your qualifications i.e

If you have completed this process pat on your shoulder because you have done this successfully. Now follow the final steps

1.       Print the application form+challan form.

2.       Submit fee Rs:215 in any branch of ABL, MCB, HBL.

3.       Attach attested photocopies of  CNIC/2 passport size pictures/all educational documents with the application form.

4.       Attach the original deposited challan form(NTS Copy) with the application.

5.       Send complete application form to the following address through Dak registry/Courier
